The full title is "Bazooka Bunny and the Frontline Flamingos". The original linework was done on my request (that's why the idea makes not a bit of sense) by ~jestercat. She whipped it up in about three hours, so I was pretty impressed there. I took about 12 hours in Photoshop CS to get this puppy vectored. All with a mouse. You're seeing about 40% of what I was working at (so you loose some of the details I put into the bunny, for example).

I really have no idea where this idea came from. Originally, the general like fellow was going to be a squirrel, but I wanted ripped up ears, so a rabbit it is.

Now, on to the story...

Robert had just moved into the neighborhood of Suburbanville. "Ah, what a wonderful town," thought Robert. "I just need to decorate my lawn and life will be complete!" Upon placing several key lawn decorations, inlcuding a broken school bus and three washing machines, Robert was greeted by the local soccer mom and community beautification leader, Kerrie Smith. "My God, what are you doing here?!" she screamed. "I think I'll have to report this to the committee!" Robert was very upset by this statement. "My lawn is beautiful! This is part of my culture, you ignorant filth!" Robert shouted.

Three days later, Robert was living in his 1971 Datsun pickup truck and admiring his beautiful lawn, when a group of protesting townsfolk started to camp out in his yard shouting "Down with the trash!" as loudly as possible. Kerrie was leading them on. Robert, being a man of great intelligence, pulled out his shotgun and proceeded to shoot at them. Screaming in terror, Kerrie returned to her house across the street, wincing at the pain of having white trash in the neighboorhood.

Robert was very sad that he would not be accepted into the community, just because he was a minority. He found a local attorney at law and the lawman agreed to take the case to court, striking a nerve on the US constitution, and allowing white trash to live within the city limits of a suburban area. So the next time you wonder why that old couple across the street doesn't mow their lawn regularly, just remember that they are white trash and should just be ignored instead, especially if they are being robbed, because they probably deserve it.

Haha, great idea. I love it. I really like the colours you used. Other than the camo green they all look so unmilitary.
Nice story too.

Hmm...

I like the thick lines, it lends to a children's book feel, almost. But there's too much stuff. It feels way to cluttered in the back. I know technically that's not your fault, but the whole thing sort of distracts from the rabbit and flamingo in front.
