The "Golden Pen Award" is the equivalent of the Oscar for the Vector Community. The Golden Pen Award will be presented annually by the Directors of the Vector Gallery to recognize excellence in the vector medium. There will be an award for each Sub Category excluding Miscellaneous.

*OwaikeO is known throughout the vector community for his clean styalized vectors. He chooses to use clean lines and blocks of color to create intricate and mindblowingly detailed scenes.
